This Only Works If You Do!

Therapy works when you show up and stay engaged. If something in your life isn’t working, you’re in the right place. Growth takes honesty, effort, and a little discomfort—but that’s where real change happens.

About

Let's Be REAL

Growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone. (I wish it did. It would be way easier.) My job? To tell you the truth…even when it’s not exactly what you want to hear. Therapy with me isn’t just nodding and saying “that must be hard.” It’s looking in the mirror, calling out the patterns that aren’t serving you, and actually doing something about them. It takes a lot of humility (and courage) to face the stuff you’d rather avoid—but that’s where real change lives. And yes—change is uncomfortable. But it’s also so worth it. I’m here to challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you shift how you think, feel, and show up in your life. We’re chasing authenticity over perfection every single time. I’ve been practicing for over 15 years and specialize in life transitions, relationship struggles, marriage counseling, anxiety, and boundary-setting (aka learning how to stop over giving without spiraling into guilt). My style is very client-centered, but also real, direct, and down-to-earth. I create a space where you can be yourself—messy, honest, figuring-it-out—and actually enjoy the process a little too. Because therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating. We can do meaningful work and laugh along the way. I know you don’t know me yet—but building trust is everything to me. The best therapy happens when there’s a strong, real relationship in the room. I’ll show up fully, and I’ll ask you to do the same. I will push you…not in a harsh way, but in a “you’re capable of more than this and I’m not letting you stay stuck” kind of way. Getting started is a big step—and I respect the hell out of that. But what matters more is showing up again and again, even when you don’t feel like it. I hope to see you here soon—and then see you back again…because that’s where the real growth happens.
